I have experience working with adults who are dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and loss, aging issues, as well as, life-stage transitions. Anxiety therapy, depression therapy, grief counseling, and stress counseling is individualized to what you need and what works for you.
